what are moonbeever like to deal with?
i know i need to change my repayments (my income has gone down and the bus fares have gone up) so i've asked for a new income and expenses form, but just wondered how good they were with this kind of thing.
dont want my bank account getting messed up or them saying i owe them etc

My understanding is that they are generally fine as long as you provide the relevent evidence.

If you get into difficulties with them raise it with the OR/trustee

I had a problem with them (or at least the person I spoke to) when I wanted my IPA reassessed, but I contacted the RTLU and it was sorted very quickly.

Good. They must be growing into their job.

A hint: make a very clear note somewhere of exactly how many payments you've paid. I don't know how it works if you've had a break but then start earning again ~ I don't know if the 3 years just stops or if you have to pay the 36 payments whenever ~ but I do know that Moonbeever sometimes seem to forget that the last payment is The Last.
I know I got a "Dear Sir Unless" letter, posted to the wrong address, even after I'd paid #36.
